Alexander Teacher – Fulham & Chelsea, South West London

Welcome to the Alexander Technique

I am a teacher of the Alexander Technique and offer individual lessons and introductory group workshops. I have been an Alexander Teacher since 1998 and am a registered member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT).

The Alexander Technique – A Skill For Life

The Alexander Technique is a skill for life; it gives you a fresh look at the way you think and move. The Technique teaches you to recognise and consciously change long-standing habits, leading to improved balance, posture and freedom of movement, at the same time fostering a sense of well-being.

Lessons with a qualified Alexander Teacher

The Alexander Technique is educational and you learn it for yourself. Any activity can be enhanced by applying the Technique and anyone of any age can benefit from having lessons with a qualified Alexander Teacher.

My teaching studio is in Fulham, South West London, off the King’s Road and just a five-minute walk from Fulham Broadway underground station. With easy transport connections, pupils come to me from central London, as well as the surrounding areas of Chelsea, Kensington, Hammersmith, Putney, Wimbledon and Wandsworth.
